The WV Moonshine Festival proudly celebrates West Virginia’s rich distilling heritage and the legalization of moonshining in the Mountain State. Each year, we honor this milestone by bringing together West Virginia’s finest legal distilleries in one place, offering festival-goers a chance to sample and celebrate the craftsmanship behind our homegrown spirits.
A beloved tradition enjoyed year after year, the WV Moonshine Festival is more than just great spirits. Guests can enjoy live music, savor delicious local eats, and explore a curated selection of artisan and craft vendors, creating an unforgettable festival experience for all.

What's a Moonshine Festival without great music? Guests can expect music all day long from local artists as they take the stage at this premiere Jefferson County Music venue.

From one-of-a-kind jewelry and handcrafted barrel furniture and statement pieces to stylish clothing, candles, soaps, local honeys, and so much more—our craft vendor area is a true celebration of creativity. We proudly bring together talented artisans who are passionate about their work and excited to welcome you to their booths.

General Admission Details
Your general admission ticket grants you entry into the event. You will receive a wristband (for adults 21 and over). Tasting glasses will be available for purchase at the entrance.

Additional amenities include: Food trucks, art and craft vendors, music, local demonstrations, free parking and a play area for the kids.

Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to listen to the musical guests. There will be plenty of space for all to set up. Restrooms are provided onsite. The venue is grassy, so wear appropriate footwear and attire.

General admission starts at 11:00 AM and the festival runs until 6:00 PM. Pre-event purchase price is $25. Day of the event price at the gate is $30.
VIP Admission Details
In addition to the general admission details (see below), if you purchase the VIP experience, from 10 AM to 11 AM, you will spend a delightful hour with the distillers. All distillers will be available at the VIP tent to have discussions, enjoy light refreshments and a unique tasting from their private stocks.
